Where I will ask you to complete some online forms to gather information about your diet and lifestyle. Some forms are quite general, and others allow you to expand on your concerns and history. One of these forms will be a food diary, this doesn’t have to be very detailed, but with this information on hand we will be able to start to understand effective treatment for your health concerns. Upon booking you will receive your welcome pack which contain the following forms.

At the initial session will discuss your health and lifestyle questionnaires and food diary.
Then discuss your current symptoms and unique health history by asking specific questions around the functioning of the 11 system of the body from skin to digestive system! This enables me to build a picture and get to the root cause.
I love to use timelines; we will plot your major life events against the emergence of health issues which can give a fascinating insight on how they may have started.
You may be a complete novice when it comes to implementing a healthy diet or you are eating all the right things but are struggling to achieve your health goals. We will work together to build a plan that is specific to you and your routine. At the end of the session, I will give you diet and lifestyle guidance, along with some handouts explaining the thinking behind these recommendations.
A full and comprehensive nutritional plan will be emailed to you within 2 working days, this will give me the opportunity to research any issues. The plan may include foods to add as well as remove, the importance of sleep and exercise. Sometimes high-quality supplements are recommended for short periods to help your body kick start its own healing.
As a Nutritional Therapist I have access to private functional testing which I may recommend if I feel they have value and it works with your budget.
